Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years related experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, tariffs, logistics and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Mil-spec and ATA packaging requirements.
• Familiar with hazardous material handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, shipment and stocking of material/finished products to support the business.
• Support shops with material by pulling parts and providing supplies as requested.
• Complete required transactions in the business computer system or by prescribed methods.
• Identify constraints and manage priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform administrative tasks including Customs docs, Certificates of Conformance, 8130, Airway Bills and report generation.
• Communicate with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Maintain inventory functions: cycle counts, releasing work orders, liaison with planning/purchasing/receiving inspection.
