Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Materials/Shipping Associate in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves daily materials management, order picking and packing, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation across domestic shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in shipping/materials operations.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.
• Knowledge of international documentation compliance (INCO terms, CI, HTS) and DG preferred.
• DOT and IATA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily materials management tasks accurately and safely.
• Pick, pack, ship, and document orders to meet customer requirements.
• Manage work orders: printing, picking, staging, issuing materials and closing work orders.
• Monitor shipments for damage and resolve related issues promptly.
• Operate/maintain warehouse equipment and use scanners/computers.
• Travel between Madison locations for material movement as needed.
• Participate in on-call schedule and QA audits.
