Job summary

You will review production schedules, determine material requirements, arrange transfers, verify material types, and compile reports to keep production on track.

A high school diploma or GED with two years of experience is required; you must lift up to 50 lbs, be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel, and be a US citizen

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between buildings according to priorities.
• Review production schedules and confer with Facilities Staff to determine material requirements.
• Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Examine materials to verify type specified for current projects.
• Compute amounts of materials needed for specific job orders.
• Compile reports of quantity and type of materials on hand and coordinate with Facility Staff for repairs and installation of materials.
• Exercise care in the use of company equipment and tools.
• Observe all safety programs and practices.
