Total Talent Solutions in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Materials Clerk. The role offers a pay rate of $19.40 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This position emphasizes accurate shipping/receiving, inventory control, and effective teamwork within a warehouse setting. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to learn ERP or warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn logistics, inventory, and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and document incoming goods while verifying shipment accuracy.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory record maintenance.
• Coordinate and track materials sent to outside vendors for additional processing.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipping, receiving, and logistics issues.
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory data and ensuring material availability.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe and organized work environment.
