Job summary

Empower Pharmacy in Houston seeks a Materials Lifecycle Manager to lead cross‑functional changes, reformulations, BOM updates, and material master data governance in a fast‑growing, regulated 503A/503B environment. You will chair MRB, coordinate change control, partner with R&D, IT, Quality, and Supply Chain, and drive data integrity using Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

This role requires strategic thinking and strong project leadership to balance regulatory controls with business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, life sciences or related field.
Experience managing materials changes, reformulations, BOMs, and ERP/data governance.
Strong analytical and project management capabilities with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Chair MRB program, drive timely decisions on supplier and material changes.
Coordinate planning, review, and approval of changes with documentation and updates.
Own reformulation and BOM management from R&D handoff to production.
Lead data quality, governance, and readiness across systems with IT and QA.
