Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean and materials experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive manufacturing exposure.
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt or equivalent quality certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the lean roadmap for the materials organization.
• Collaborate with planners to integrate them into pull/replenishment systems.
• Facilitate communication between internal factory and external suppliers.
• Own priorities for parts on pull and schedule attainment.
• Drive continuous improvement plans for materials lean systems (VSMs).
• Coach teams from front line to executives on lean materials systems.
• Plan and deliver projects aligned to the roadmap.
