Job summary

This role requires Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in logistics or materials management, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of experience in materials/logistics preferred.
• Experience with supply chain and central supply operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Distribution Department and set goals aligned with institutional policy.
• Develop and manage budgets, expenditures and staffing plans for the unit.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and service quality.
