Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing materials management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience; management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise purchasing, planning, inventory control, and stockroom teams.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
• Oversee material planning and production scheduling to meet forecasted demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
• Ensure timely receiving and organized stockroom operations.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement cost and lead-time improvements.
