Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist operators and train on material handling equipment and workflows.
• Maintain flow rack locations and cart positions.
• Correct loading errors in line and system.
• Maintain zero downtime by ensuring parts availability.
• Support routes and seek process improvements.
• Lead cycle counts for line-side inventory.
• Perform 5S and safety audits; report issues.
• Deliver parts to the line and communicate disruptions.
• Record data and generate reports to meet objectives.
• Fill in for operators when needed.
• Promote safety, quality, and teamwork per Magna policies.
