Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an onsite lab technician position in Minnesota. You will assist with technical issue resolution, conduct testing, and prepare customer-ready reports while maintaining calibration and safety standards.

The role requires an associate degree in a scientific field (Bachelor's preferred) and at least one year of lab experience, with strong Excel skills and meticulous documentation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Chanhassen, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a scientific field required; strong attention to detail and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience following testing protocols and documenting results.
• Able to analyze and organize complex data accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigating, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Complete customer technical testing requests and prepare accurate reports.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; support test method standardization.
• Ensure equipment calibration, maintenance and safety/regulatory compliance.
