Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Materials Engineering Laboratory Technician in New Holland, PA. The role supports metals, paint, plastic, and elastomer projects by operating lab equipment, generating test data, and writing reports. You will maintain lab instruments and perform calibration and preventive maintenance.

Requires an Associate’s degree and about 6 years of lab experience. On-site work with strong emphasis on safety, data collection, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 6 years of lab/shop experience recommended.
• Experience with metal cutting saws and basic lab equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment for materials engineering work.
• Prepare samples, perform testing, gather data, and document results.
• Write simple lab reports and ensure lab safety and organization.
