UTLX Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Materials & Inventory Coordinator in Alexandria, LA to support production by ensuring materials are ordered, received, and available. The role requires coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate records, and assisting management with purchasing and receiving activities in a safe team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus.
• Experience in materials and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct material is delivered on time to support production.
• Receive incoming materials, resolve discrepancies, and authorize payment for material receipts.
• Audit purchasing and receiving paperwork and resolve issues.
• Interface with vendors to maintain good relations across locations
• Use Excel to generate reports for purchasing and receiving functions
• Support office duties and general administrative tasks as needed
• Support Continuous Improvement and Responsible Care initiatives in the plant.
