Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventories, reconciliation, or asset tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, receiving activities, and material movement
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems
• Track and manage assets, materials, and equipment throughout their lifecycle
• Partner with operations, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and material shortages
• Support warehouse organization, material staging, and inventory control processes
• Maintain compliance with operational, safety, and documentation requirements
