Responsibilities include receiving shipments, managing material pallets, coordinating inter-site shipments, and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or data center support environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment safely.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with operations and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries and update inventory systems.
• Verify and receive devices, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure materials are labeled, stored securely, and tracked.
• Conduct physical verification of shipments at onsite and warehouse locations.
• Coordinate and expedite shipments to support operations.
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage project material pallets.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials to other data centers or sites.
• Perform weekly inventory scans and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform RTS processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
