Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Rochester, MN is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Associate to support production by pulling parts, issuing kits, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate material balances. This safety-sensitive, full-time role requires 0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Shift 1, M-F 0600-1430; compensation range $18.50 to $21.74 USD per hour; benefits include Bonus Plan,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well individually or on teams.
• Discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits and issue to Production Control.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and store parts by from Receiving/Inspection.
• Track backorders and maintain correct material balances.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Restock shelves and locate material in the computerized system.
• Assist in ensuring Priority material is delivered timely.
