Job summary

Benchmark in Rochester, MN is seeking a full-time Warehouse Materials Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and timely supply of production materials. You will handle material requests, restock shelves, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.

Experience leading and mentoring others is required, with emphasis on quality and safety. This position may involve operating forklifts and working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years materials/warehouse experience.
• 3+ years leading and training others in complex materials/warehouse tasks.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill material requests from all areas of production promptly.
• Monitor reports to deliver priority material timely.
• Restock shelves and locate material in the system.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee/participate in cycle count process and report inventory accuracy.
