Job summary

Benchmark Electronics is seeking an experienced warehouse/materials specialist to support production operations in Rochester, MN. The role focuses on accurate material handling, stocking, and timely fulfillment of requisitions for manufacturing teams.

You will manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper reconciliation of returns and backorders while maintaining strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.
• Able to work overtime as required and maintain accuracy in stock records.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits assigned to Production Control and distribute to the manufacturing operation.
• Fill and account for material requisitions submitted from Operations.
• Receive and place parts/components into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
• Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts/components become available.
• Maintain correct balances through cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
