Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Materials Representative to maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts, supplies, and tools, and to support the field services team in delivering high-quality service to customers. The role involves deliveries, inventory counting, and processing orders, with a pay range of $23/hr - $32/hr.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in materials management and/or inventory warehousing.
• Preferred 1 year experience in natural gas industry.
• Valid driver’s license with an MVR acceptable to USA Compression.
• Communicates a “can do” attitude and positive outlook, minimizing negative behaviors.
• Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies as necessary.
• Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Ship and receive parts orders utilizing barcode scanners and related software.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in warehouse, field storage, and office areas.
• Process order requests from field service technicians via phone or e-mail.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to safety guideline improvements.
• Maintain company vehicle through routine maintenance and inspection.
• Track outstanding core parts and return cores to vendors for credit.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Assist with routing and coding of invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
