Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP seeks a Materials Representative to maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, supplies, and tools, supporting field services with reliable service to customers.

The role involves deliveries, inventory counting, ordering, and documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years in materials warehousing; a valid driver's license and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in materials management and/or inventory warehousing.
• Preferred 1 year experience in natural gas industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Record history acceptable to USA Compression.
• Applicant must have the ability to legally work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies as necessary.
• Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts orders utilizing barcode scanners and related technology.
• Maintain warehouse and field storage areas; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Process order requests from field service technicians via phone or e-mail.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to safety guideline improvements.
• Maintain company vehicle through routine maintenance and inspections.
• Reconcile outstanding cores and return cores to vendors for credit.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Cross-check invoices for accuracy.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
