Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Materials Representative to maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts, supplies and tools to support our field services team. The role includes deliveries, counts, placing vendor orders, shipping/receiving and warehouse upkeep.

We value safe, accurate inventory management and teamwork. The position is full-time hourly and requires a valid driver’s license and basic invoicing understanding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in materials management or warehousing.
• Preferred 1 year in natural gas industry.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Good communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pickups of spare parts and supplies.
• Count inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts using barcode scanners or software.
• Perform warehouse, field storage, and office housekeeping.
• Process field service order requests by phone or e-mail.
• Support safety training and improve safety guidelines.
