Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in Duncan, SC is seeking a material planner to direct shipping, receiving, warehouse and inventory control activities. You will align production schedules with the business plan and drive accuracy in materials flow across departments.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years automotive planning experience, a degree in material planning or business, and APICS is preferred. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a dynamic automotive

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in material planning or business field.
4–6 years of automotive planning experience with supervisory exposure.
APICS certification preferred.
Knowledge of MIOSHA laws in transportation and lift trucks.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.

Mansioni

Directs shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, and production planning to meet customer goals.
Reviews production orders to plan department operations and schedules.
Maintains inventory accuracy and coordinates with departments and vendors.
Ensures safety compliance and participates in continuous improvement activities.
Provides leadership and coaching to supervisors and staff.
