Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Material Handler in Foley, AL for onsite work. You will move material, kit components, and deliver to the production line, supporting assembly and ensuring parts meet schedule.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, cycle counting, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control. First shift, Monday–Friday, at Foley site.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS required with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing inventory and materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma or related continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage material flow: kitting, inventory retrieval, and timely delivery to production.
• Receive, verify, and store parts in stockrooms using automated lifts and ERP tools.
• Perform SAP goods-movement transactions and issue parts to work orders.
• Monitor production schedules, rates, and material needs.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies in ERP systems.
