Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a materials handling supervisor to coordinate daily planning and resource assignment for the department. You will lead a team, train members on ERP competency, and work with production to resolve discrepancies and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with opportunities to participate in projects and SOP improvements. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years warehouse logistics experience.
• Experience with handheld barcode scanners (Zebra preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of material handlers to ensure accurate, timely parts picking and collaborate with other teams.
• Plan and support daily department work with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities.
• Drive daily ALPS Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings.
• Own material handling activities in coordination with production and inventory teams.
