Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly and bargaining teams to meet daily production targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and allocate manpower to resolve disruptions.
• Monitor and replenish lineside inventory levels.
• Manage material handling equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Provide daily reports on safety, quality, throughput, and inventory control.
