Job summary

Avispa Technology seeks a Manufacturing Ops Support, Materials Handling to ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials, supporting manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment requirements. This onsite role at Holmdel, NJ involves inventory accuracy and ERP system coordination.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse safety, Lean/5S initiatives, and collaboration with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions, maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, process, pick, stage, pack, and ship incoming materials, customer orders, returns, RMAs, and dispositions; coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
• Load and unload materials using material handling equipment; maintain warehouse organization and follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure material availability and efficient operations.
• Participate in Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
