Job summary

Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is seeking Laborers to support warehouse and delivery operations, assist with loading/unloading, and help organize inventory at job sites and in warehouses. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable work in indoor and outdoor environments.

You will gain exposure to equipment operation and building material handling while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven distribution operation; prior experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, laborer, or construction preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Job Site Support: Assist drivers with loading/unloading at job sites and warehouses.
• Guide equipment operators with verbal cues or hand signals when visibility is limited.
• Move, push, or pull materials into proper placement at delivery locations.
• Help secure loads for transport to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at job sites and during deliveries.
• Receive, sort, and store materials; pull and prepare for orders and deliveries.
