Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is seeking a Warehouse Employee/Shipping & Receiving/Forklift Operator to join our team. This role ensures the safe receipt, storage, and distribution of building materials while supporting daily warehouse tasks and driver loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or building materials experience.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and move incoming materials to appropriate storage or staging areas.
• Sort and stock materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established procedures.
• Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks, including manual handling when required.
• Assist drivers with deliveries and related labor activities as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order picking functions to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate material identification through labeling and documentation.
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and use of RF scanning devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; ensure aisles are clear and materials are properly stored.
• Follow all company safety policies and required use of PPE.
• Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
