Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, laborer, or construction experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Job Site Support: Assist drivers with loading and unloading construction materials at job sites and warehouse locations.
• Guide equipment operators using verbal communication or hand signals when visibility is limited.
• Move, push, or pull materials into proper placement at delivery locations.
• Remove materials from delivery equipment and transport them as directed by drivers or site personnel.
• Help secure loads for transport to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at job sites and during deliveries.
