Job summary

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex company, seeks a Material Handler in Dallas, TX to support inbound/outbound shipments. You will work a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, perform loading/unloading, verify counts, and stage materials for pickup. This role requires attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

You will use ERP/MRP software, maintain accurate records, and assist with billing. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year in shipping/logistics,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks.
• Verify quantity/quality against supplier counts and report discrepancies.
• Stage material in correct locations and create receipts in the system.
• Inspect received material and refuse non-conforming items.
• Maintain inventory systems and assist with billing documents.
