Job summary

ARaymond is a global leader in fastening and assembly systems, seeking a Material Handler/Packaging Associate for our Logansport, IN facility. You will safely handle, pack, store, and move materials to support production and shipping while upholding quality standards.

You’ll operate forklifts, stage materials, and maintain accurate inventory, with a focus on safety, 5S, and timely task completion in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and efficiently.
• Strict adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Package products to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, stage, and verify materials for shipping and production.
• Read and follow work orders and documentation to complete tasks.
• Deliver materials to production and warehouse locations while maintaining accuracy.
• Apply labels and required documentation to materials and products.
• Perform inventory transactions and material verification as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain PPE usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies or quality concerns to supervision.
