  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities, part numbers, and product details against shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Label, package, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.
  • Pick parts and materials for production orders and accurately release inventory to production to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Process goods receipts, inventory transactions, material movements, and production-related transactions using warehouse management and inventory control systems.
  • Safely operate material-handling equipment to move goods throughout the facility, perform cycle counts and inventory audits, report inventory discrepancies, and maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
