Job summary

The role requires accurate inventory and WIP transactions, primarily using QuickBooks, to ensure production has the components needed to operate without interruption. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills to count inventory.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Fill bins from production and restock mini-markets.
• Record accurate WIP movements in QuickBooks.
• Move materials between warehouse, production, quality, and engineering.
• Monitor component stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain organized, labeled bins with correct part numbers.
• Perform routine inventory moves to support inventory integrity.
• Carry out cycle counts to verify accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and pallet organization.
• Follow 5S standards and safety protocols.
• Support other daily warehouse tasks as needed.
