Lebermuth is seeking a Material Handler to manage the review and movement of materials, ensuring on-time, complete, and error-free orders. You will handle loading, unloading, barcode scanning, and staging for production while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

The role requires forklift capability, attention to detail, and the ability to read SOPs and safety guidance. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with occasional overtime.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Must complete HazMat training within 90 days.
• Basic math and ability to work with numbers.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.

Mansioni

• Inspect materials and containers to ensure cleanliness before moving to stock locations.
• Review purchase orders, verify delivery accuracy, and load/unload materials efficiently.
• Retrieve ingredients using barcode scanning to stock shelves correctly.
• Deliver and stage materials in production areas to support WIP and post-production processes.
• Verify labels and repack materials as needed for correct inventory.
• Maintain accurate product IDs and lot codes in proper locations.
• Assist inventory with cycle counts and ensure on-hand materials for orders.
• Organize and locate misclassified inventory to meet customer requests.
• Secure loaded materials in trucks with straps and padding.
• Follow GMP and Lebermuth quality standards; operate hand trucks, drums, forklifts safely.
• Maintain clean workspace and complete required paperwork for safety and traceability.
