Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Material Handler / Inventory Specialist to support receiving, storage, tracking, movement, and distribution of materials for Program Services projects. This role combines hands-on material handling with detailed inventory control and documentation.

The ideal candidate operates forklifts and related equipment, maintains accurate inventory records, and coordinates with project teams. Safety-conscious and organized, you will work in field and administrative environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in material handling, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, delivery tickets, and material lists.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, pallet jacks, skid steers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Load, unload, transport, stage, and store materials, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries and verify materials against POs and delivery docs.
• Inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, damage, and accuracy.
• Secure, label, and store materials in designated locations.
• Prepare, stage, and distribute materials per project schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries, pickups, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Perform pre-use inspections and report safety concerns.
