Job summary

Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) in Londonderry, NH, is seeking a Materials Handler Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfillment across our distribution and manufacturing operations. You will verify goods against orders, prepare shipments, maintain records, and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

This role requires attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and the ability to operate ERP systems and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ESD-sensitive materials is desirable.
• Ability to read part numbers, quantities and material documents accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills for inventory records and routine documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, verify part numbers and quantities against purchase orders or invoices.
• Identify and report receiving discrepancies, damaged items, and shortages; assist with follow-up as directed.
• Pick, move, and stage materials for production according to work orders and supervisor direction.
• Complete accurate ERP system receipts, inventory transfers, material issues, and supporting documentation.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stockroom activities and production staging.
• Prepare and verify kits against pick lists or work orders; report missing components.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
• Maintain material identification, traceability, and safe handling, including ESD precautions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow standard work instructions.
