C&M Precision Tech in Hudson, NH is seeking a reliable Materials Handler / Shipper-Receiver to support warehouse operations and keep production running smoothly. In this role, you'll receive materials, manage inventory, prepare jobs for production, and ensure accurate, on‑time shipments.

This hands‑on role offers opportunities to grow technical skills and contribute to a busy, defense‑and‑aero‑focused operation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• JobBOSS and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Forklift/PIT certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Comfortable driving a box truck/van
• Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate with production and supply chain teams

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and enter them into JobBOSS.
• Keep raw stock organized, labeled, and accurately inventoried.
• Prepare and distribute materials for upcoming jobs.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS/FedEx/WorldShip.
• Assist with OSP items and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assist with material pickup and part deliveries in company van/box truck
