Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America in Jackson, TN is seeking a Material Handler to load and unload trucks, stock inventory, and operate packaging equipment. You will move parts to the correct production areas, assist with line supply, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team setting. You may travel up to 5% and must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of automotive material handling and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Forklift license, training, and/or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks, enter materials into inventory, and stock in proper location.
• Remove finished products and excess parts from the production area.
• Stock/re-stock parts and products.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, scanner, packing equipment) safely.
• Assist with loading outbound trucks and staging products for shipment.
• Maintain documentation and records of inventory activities.
• Provide training and guidance to new/experienced Material Handlers.
