Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Morristown, TN is seeking a Material Handler to support the press department and warehouse operations. You will supply raw materials, verify shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires forklift certification, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Rotating shifts, safety-conscious mindset, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately use measuring devices such as rulers and tape measures.
• Maintain logs and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant and division safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Maintain GMPs and housekeeping standards.
• Complete forklift inspections at the beginning of each shift.
• Locate, stage, and supply raw materials for scheduled press jobs.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against bills of lading, packaging lists, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain an organized warehouse by staging materials according to production jobs.
• Inspect trailers and trucks for cleanliness and safe operating conditions before loading or unloading.
• Verify material availability for upcoming production jobs.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
