Job summary

Cadrex in Wisconsin is hiring a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials within the production facility and warehouse. You will help maintain an adequate supply of materials at all operating machines, document movements, and ensure accurate lot number control for regrind materials.

This role requires basic understanding of injection molding, practical materials handling experience, and strong numeracy.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the injection molding process.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous materials handling experience.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; move materials within the facility and warehouse.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure proper lot number control on materials, including regrind.
• Ensure hoppers, boxes, and containers are labeled with material IDs and quantities.
• Monitor drying conditions and adjust machine dryers as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping to prevent contamination and ensure safe operations.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by management.
