Job summary

Cadrex Dresser is a material-handler role focused on loading, unloading, and moving materials around the production facility and warehouse. You will help ensure a steady supply of materials at operating machines, including resins, packaging, inserts, bags, and labels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous materials handling experience.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and ensure proper movement within production areas.
• Maintain accurate lot number control and documentation.
• Prepare and load hoppers, monitor dryers and filter changes as needed.
• Move finished goods to warehouse and complete paperwork.
• Identify materials with correct IDs, quantities, and dates.
• Assist with color concentrates, regrind, and let-down ratio as required.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
