Job summary

Benchmark Electronics in Nashua, NH is seeking a Materials/Warehouse Associate to receive, issue and stock parts for our manufacturing operations. You will identify materials, maintain accurate locations, and ensure availability for production programs.

Responsibilities include pulling parts, processing requisitions, tracking backorders, cycle counting, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Shift 1, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; full-time.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits for Production Control and distribute them.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and stock parts from Receiving/Inspection.
• Track and fill backorders as parts become available.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain correct balances.
• Move material to correct locations and update the inventory system.
• Investigate discrepancies found during cycle counting.
• Assist with supplier or customer inquiries related to materials.
