Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH is seeking a Materials Handler I to support inventory control for pharmaceutical fill/finish operations. You will assist with receiving, shipping, data entry, labeling, and maintaining cGMP documentation.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, log updates, and ensuring compliance with SOPs; we value careful, reliable teammates with basic math and computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High School or Equivalency; basic math and computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Suite.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to prioritize, to ensure the key actions are followed through.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials between dock and truck with hand truck; moves materials between locations.
• Processes delivered materials with attention to temperature sensitive items and proper logging.
• Prepares work-in-progress and lot specific kits for Manufacturing.
• Processes manufacturing and shipping supplies per procedures.
• Records and maintains accurate inventory logs; reports on inventory.
• Attends required training (DOT/IATA) and adheres to cGMP SOPs.
