Job summary

OBE, a leading architectural glass and building envelope company, is seeking a Material Handler I to move material safely around the plant. You will assist with on/off-loading, labeling, and supporting the Production Supervisor while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods on a concrete floor; prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail with safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Capable of reading basic measurements and using a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• On/off-loading of products from tables, racks, trucks, or crates.
• Perform work as directed by Supervisor.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Read and interpret basic measurements with a tape measure.
• Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
