What you’ll be doing:

• Work as a valued member of our Distribution department to ensure timely processing of all received materials.
• Data processing of invoices, packing slips, and freight claims.
• Tracking inventories in storage.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure production materials are processed promptly.
• Handle the shipping and handling of hazardous materials.
• Prepare outgoing shipment requests and schedule pickups.
• Label incoming materials and finished products.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6:30 pm, at our Canton, MA facility.

What we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse and shipping experience.
• Experience in life science distribution is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with inventory management.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in computer systems (receiving entry system, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills for interaction across departments.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions; some bending and lifting required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment lift test and physical required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
