Job summary

Belden/Alpha Wire is seeking a Material Handler for its Leominster, MA plant. You will move materials safely using forklifts, load and stage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to designated locations while keeping accurate records.

The role supports production and requires attention to safety and quality. The position offers full-time hours on 1st shift (Mon 5:30am-1:30pm, Tue-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm, with occasional overtime).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read Shop Orders and Manufacturing Specifications to determine material needs.
• Move WIP materials between production areas and designated hold areas.
• Transport raw materials with forklifts per picklists.
• Record material movements accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA standards.
