Pro Staff in Devens, MA is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation. The role supports receiving, packing, loading, and inventory control, with forklift operation and safety focus.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; forklift experience preferred; ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay rate $21.00–$22.00 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory control.
• Ability to operate forklifts and use basic warehouse equipment.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verify quantities and inspect for damage.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and palletize orders accurately.
• Load outbound shipments and stage products for delivery.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions.
• Assist with packing, pallet sorting and warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
