Job summary

Mativ Middletown location is seeking a Material Handler to move raw materials, finished goods and related items within the plant. The role covers forklift operation, pallet handling, labeling, and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key duties include following schedules, operating forklifts and hoists, recording movements in the WMS, and supporting 5S initiatives while meeting production demands. A high school diploma or GED is required, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Able to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedule and instructions for materials to be moved.
• Operate powered industrial fork truck and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload materials, organize and label inventory.
• Record all movements in Syteline/WMS using a barcode scanner.
• Support Shipping/Receiving and maintain 5S and housekeeping.
