Job summary

Crysteel Manufacturing in Lake Crystal, MN is seeking a warehouse associate to move raw and finished parts, load/unload trucks, and package components for shipments. You will verify quantities, enter serial numbers, and assist with cycle counts and lean improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site with a typical three 12-hour shifts schedule.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety training is required.
• Attention to detail with accurate reading and counting of parts.
• Ability to rotate tasks to meet schedules and safety recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE appropriately.
• Must work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, verify quantities, and store materials.
• Kit or package components for shipments as needed.
• Receive and adjust POs, document discrepancies to expediter.
• Enter serial numbers and lot/trace information accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and rotate stock to minimize shortages.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow process flow.
