Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify bill of lading and packing list; unpack shipments.
• Resolve packing list discrepancies with purchasing.
• Inspect damaged goods and document findings.
• Record materials received on purchase orders and distribute copies.
• Ensure ERP receipt of materials within 24 hours.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Package outbound shipments to prevent damage.
• Maintain proper document filing and archiving.
• Follow warehouse processes and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Abide by Flowserve safety requirements.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
