Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a dependable Material Handler to efficiently move, store, and track raw materials, components, and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. You will help ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas and maintain accurate inventory records to support continuous operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, operating forklifts, staging for production, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Transport materials to storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Prepare and stage materials for production according to work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to support a safe environment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
